Hello, I have a 2020 JLU 2.0. Teraflex 2.5 coils, fox Rubicon shocks, kenda klever a/t tires LT315/70r17. It’s an unlimited sport s with hard top and aftermarket front and rear bumpers. 9500# winch upfront. Question is the suspension feels stiff. I am searching to see if it will have a bit of a rough ride or are the shocks tired? Respectfully

Typically the springs and shocks would soften up a bit over miles and time unless they have completely given up. I would possibly start with replacing shocks, I like the fox 2.0 or even the Bilstien 5100 work well. Make sure you get shocks that are for the 2.5 inch lift and they are an easy change. Be sure and check your tire pressure, I would think 30 to 33 lbs of pressure would work well for that tire. Also have you noticed a ride height difference, sagging front or rear?

No ride height issue. The tires are a load range E. I know this will have some impact. But I feel the shocks are almost at max travel. I really notice the harshness when going over speed bumps. Going over them slow and it feels like it’s slamming down

So update. I decided to go with TeraFlex shock extenders. Being retired disabled Army, I have to go with cheapest approach. I know my Fox shocks aren’t bad. After I just finished the install, I can report that my shocks were apparently at max length. So I will report back once I take it for a test drive. Thanks again for everyone’s advice

Does sound like your shocks may be giving up. These Bilstiens I have posted might do the trick or some really like the Rancho.
.
I was thinking about the 5100s, I won’t buy ranchos. I feel they are entry shocks. Bilstein, OME, Fox, fFalcon are what I prefer.
