Is there going to be a standard backup camera for basic model or you need to upgrade vehicle to a higher trim level to get it?

I think Wranglers sold in the States has to legally come with backup camera as standard. At least that's what I've been reading, so even the lowest trim Wrangler JL should come with a backup camera.
