It looks like we are beginning to see some specialized tuning kits for the new JL. Cartech has recently showed off their custom Rubicon, that seems more than capable of handling anything thrown its way. It features a brand new suspension and off road tires, as well as brand new steel front and rear bumpers. Its also equipped with auxiliary lighting, and custom fender flares. The tuner did not share whether or not there have been any changes to the powertrain, but there's also a potential increase in power output.

Didn't expect it to take long until we started seeing some proper tuning kits for the JL. I personally don't really see the need to make any changes under the hood, but I suppose that depends on what sort of capability you're looking for.

I also like the changes to the turning signals with the custom fender flares. Still cant decide if I like the rivets, but I know that's pretty common design. I don't think the JL really needs a boost to power output either, unless it also improves fuel economy.

FabFour has done some pretty over the top designs, which include completely redesigned front ends. I do think when you go overboard with aftermarket mods that you lose some of the essence of the original product.

I think you meant to say that FabFour has some ugly designs for the Wrangler. There are quite a few custom grills for the JK, which change up the look pretty drastically. I expect will see these offered on the JL as well.

They may have gone a little overboard with the additional lighting, but I do like that new grille insert and front bumper. I've seen quite a few JL's with that little front lip that runs along the top of the headlights.

I really like those new fender flares, and it seems a lot of the aftermarket options swap out the stock turn signals to circles. Looks like this project has also received its fair share of changes to the cabin.

Kahn is in the business of creating a new experience with the vehicles they modify so this Wrangler definitely feels different inside and out.
Coming back to the original point, the fenders here suit the Wrangler better. Something I can see Mopar offering.

I can't foresee that tune/build being cheap though. Did Kahn outline any sort of price point for the kit? It doesn't look like they are many fender flare options yet for the JL. JC offroad offers some mediocre ones, and Bushwacker seems to have a new set coming soon.
