Just found this awesome custom JL from the folks over at FabFours. While the design may not be for everyone, its great to see so much aftermarket support already for the new JL. Imo they have changed a little too much with this project and lost sense of what a Wrangler really is.

As much as I like their creativity, this concept isn't going to be for everyone. I personally don't really like it, and Fab Four has a history of going a little overboard with their designs. And I'm curious how much extra weight they've added to the JL with all those accessories.

It would be cool to see a build that takes after what we would see done on a millitary level but with enough street appeal along with the appeal of the above. Plus it will pay homage to what the Wrangler was originally about.

None of these kinds of projects are going to be suitable for street driving. The ride would be so rough, and fuel economy would be right out the window. Unless your planning on using the JL strictly for off roading, I don't really see many owners going this route.

Agree, hence the need for something more street focused as that could in turn result in sales for brands that take part. Jeep customers have money and are willing to spend. It boggles my mind that money goes into projects with no real end, its just a project.
