The guys over at The Fast Lane Car, recently had the opportunity to speak with Jeeps Chief Engineer to discuss some of the most common complains with the new Wrangler. Unfortunately he seems to side step most of the questions and gives the impression that there isn't much room for improvement.

Man watching this video was like listening to a politician answer questions lol. He's obviously proud of what he's accomplished with the JL, and I'm not saying he shouldn't be. That being said should be a little more open to criticism.

Sad attempt at damage control but lucky for Jeep this is a product that's always in demand. Till this day there's nothing exactly like it, meanwhile the opposite can be said about other vehicles.

Jeep was better off talking about these issues after they have been addressed in a new Model Year.

A lot of this just seems like nitpicking and the interviewer is just as guilty for not asking any tough questions. Why is there no mention of the loose steering, which is one of the biggest complaints we've seen so far from new owners.
