Only real aftermarket setup I've seen so far is with Rugged Ridge cubes mounted underneath the rear bumper. Not really an ideal setup for anyone who's going to be off roading.

Cube lights in stock steel bumper
Has anyone mounted or have seen any other lighting options for reverse lights or general lights to the rear. Looking at the stock steel rear bumper the 2 reflectors seem to be a decent option for a place to mount lights?

I agree that it would make more sense to mount something directly into the bumper if possible or maybe the spare tire carrier. Personally I'd just wait on some aftermarket LED taillights hit the market. There were a ton of em for the JK.
You could flush mount a Rigid Ignite into the right side of the bumper but doesn't really have anywhere to do that on the left because of the license plate.
