I just picked up a new JL and got out of a BMW 4 series Conv and had some concerns re: Drive, power, comfort, etc. but have to say I am loving this car and it’s a lot of fun to drive.. my question is when do I drive in 2H versus 4H ? Been raining like crazy here in the east coast so would it be wise to switch to 4H? Or is this really for snow/ice conditions ? Appreciate the education !

Welcome to the brand and to the community! Typically the rule of thumb is that if you can see the pavement then you're just fine in 2H. The new Wranglers are surprisingly good even on slick surfaces. If its an icy road 4H may help you get going from a stop, but you wont need it past the first few gears.
Great game thanks for the color Goliath !
Happy to help edima, enjoy the new ride! Not sure if you have any interest but aftermarket support is picking up really quickly for the JL.

As we get closer to the SEMA show in November that's what i'm looking forward to seeing more of.
Jeep sometimes makes a big presence and the JL shouldn't deviate from that this time around.
Thanks Goliath. I certainly have interest in JL parts. Do you have any advice for any must have parts?
