It would be awesome if the windshield moved toward more of a quick-release setup for the JL. Such a cool alteration, but it would need to be an easier fastening for me to use the feature more than a few times a year.

I would think the velcro would be ruined in the long run and wouldn't it be expensive to replace the entire thing.

Then again, if it's not removed daily, should be okay.

But that's alot of work.. and the parts looks so delicate, hopefully it's sturdy.

I don't know about removing the windshield... I had be eating the dirt or sand that's flying in my face.

Nonetheless, pretty cool feature/option.

Depending on where you're driving, most of the time the windshield is going to be up anyways so I don't think a quick release is needed. We like Wranglers for the option to remove everything including the doors and windshield but that doesn't mean we do it all the time.

His guide is great for first time Wrangler owners who never removed doors from a car before.
