MAXIMIZE AIRFLOW
The OEM intake tube is highly restrictive and flattens out toward the center of the tube. S&B's intake tube doesn't flatten out, and is designed to minimize restriction with one clean line from the throttle body to the air box.
Less obstruction means more airflow, and better performance.
