Just wondering if there's any current owners of the wrangler JL?

How you like it compare to the Wrangler?

The JL isn't even close to being out yet, we have yet to see it.

Only Wrangler out right now is the JK.

You can take a look at the concepts that showed up in Moab this year for some insight into what's potentially coming up from Jeep and the next-generation Wrangler.

I test drove the renegade last night, it was 50/50 of love and hate. There was 3 people total in the car, my brother decided to pull the seat back a little and my winter boot kind of got stuck (poor leg space in the rear).

Nice design tho.

There's no way I can see it happening, where's the current market for it? Who would it serve? There are many questions to ask and the fact they can't be answered now... it's probably not a good idea. Wrangler based pick up is probably the lowest Jeep needs to go in pick up segments.

The renegade looks great by itself but I can't imagine a truck bed attached to the design. It needs a more rugged look that that Wrangler has.

Down the road I bet we'll see someone do it, especially with the soon to be compact truck market, much like what we had back in the day with Mazda and many other brands.

Who knows, it might be a SEMA special we end up seeing.
