I am super excited about the JLU. I have always had people in my life with Jeeps but, last April my husband sold his 2001 TJ and I truly felt like we lost a family member(he bought a Denali....) we would run without the doors and a Safari top most of the year. He doesn't want the pups on his leather(and he is getting some serious allergies from them), so they are traveling in my 2012 Civic which is just not as much fun as a Jeep..so I'm saving up for a down payment. Next time you are in Vegas and you see an JLU Ocean Metallic, give us a honk and a wave! I just can't wait!!!

Welcome to the forum and glad to hear that you guys will be getting back into a Wrangler! There are plenty of pet carrier seat protectors for Wranglers, as I've used it to transport pups in the past. Going to be quite the step up in tech coming from a 2001.

Big step up from the Civic. Hopefully you won't miss how much more nimble and lighter it is than the Wrangler.

Where you looking into any other SUV's before getting serious about the Wrangler?

Welcome to the forum! The civic is fine as a point A to B kind of car, but it's hard to beat the Wrangler's excitement and you can put the puppers in the cargo area to keep the rear seats clean.
