Undercarriage protection

Anyone planning to go off-roading on rocks? There's a lot of things exposed on the underside of the new JL and it wouldn't hurt to add some protection for the rear diff, sway bar, and oil pan and transmission area.

The JL is still too new for skid plates top be out already and it's not from a lack of trying on my end. The usual suspects like extreme terrain and quadratec doesn't have anything for the JL yet, so take care when rolling over rocks in the meantime.

Or maybe I missed something and there are skid plates out there.
I haven't come across any skid plates for the JL either, so I don't think they're available as of yet. We do have a couple vendors on here though, so that's probably a good place to start.

I recently spoke with James at Rock Hard and he tells me their skid plates for the JL should be out before the end of the month. I can vouch for their products, have them on my JK and they are as stout as they come.

What I know is from reviews of others, but I have heard that Rock Hard protection for the JK oil pans were solid. Hope they keep the trapdoor for that so we can change oil more easily.
Hauk Offroad (formerly River Raider) has their skids out, or at least listed on their web site. Looks like you can buy it piecemeal or the whole kitten kaboodle in steel or aluminum.
