I found the part number and pricing for the wench plate that fits with the all steel bumper option. Called not available yet but I figured I'd share the info. See attached pic.

Could we find this part on the Mopar site in the future? Or do we have to go through quadratec for the Wrangler Winch plate?

If someone wants to find it through an FCA source like that then they're better off calling up FCA dealerships and asking the parts department if its showing in their system. Often a lot off preparation goes into getting these parts out, so don't be surprised if dealer have some information beyond what we can find aside from them.
