Installed my mopar hitch today that was on back order! I’m not really understanding why so many people on forums think they need to remove their bumper on the JL’s to mount the hitch. I had plenty of room to work with. 15min job in case anyone needs info on this. Bought mine from CJ Pony. Two nuts were welded on hitch and two were not. If you need the item number to order let me know and I will post it.

So we just ended a 1400 mile round trip from Ohio to Georgia and back. Including the hills of WVA and I thought that anyone interested in the JL’s who haven’t jumped on the bandwagon yet would like to know the fuel mileage is right on target for the JLU Sport with the 3.6. I averaged 23.1 per gallon.

Added a Jeep Shelf

Finished a Video of JK v JL and Tried to fix the cable on the back door tray. Didn't happen.

I added the back door tray to get ready for a road trip

That is really good, I have the 2.0 I-4 and did an 800 mile round trip, Los Angeles to Reno and Back, 22.3 MPG and that is with the roof rack on, 70+ up I-5.

Pretty noisy over 65, but waaaay better than my JK.

Update for today. I just discovered some bolts are starting to rust under so I'm trying to figure out a way I can stop this. Pray for me.

Added the AEV steering stabilizer today. I have used the fox in the past but had read good things about the AEV. Not really having any steering issues but wanted a bit firmer feel and it did that.
