ExtremeTerrain will be giving away two fully modified 2018 JL Wranglers! Right now all we see are renderings, but maybe the company is already privy to the final production model if they're already outfitting them virtually. This is open to those in Canada and United States.

This is a prime example of a company and maybe even Jeep (if they are supporting this) understanding what people want. Now if only Toyota and Ford can follow the lead, this could very well be the most exciting time for this segment and surrounding segments like it.
they're giving away both a two door and a four door Wrangler JL! I'm generally not very lucky when it comes to draws, but I'll give it a try anyways because the Barricade looks great with a coat of orange paint and those headlights.

Would be great if they at least gave some runner up prizes like parts for the JL or smaller cash prizes ranging from $500-2000.

But with how good the JL is projected to be, even paying for one out of pocket, i'll still feel like I won the lottery :D

HighRider does raise a good point, if there are renderings of the outfitted JL would that not mean the company is already developing aftermarket accessories for it if they haven't already done so?
It would be a smart movement if Jeep gave them and other car makers early access to the JL since wranglers typically have big aftermarket support. SEMA is in Oct-Nov, so part of this might be in preparation for the show.
That does make sense. All they would have had to do is sign some sort of confidentiality forms to keep everything on the wraps and shoot one over to them for R&D. Time to check their social media accounts though just to see if they did show hints or teasers of some sort.
I did a bit of light stalking on their instagram page and it's pretty clean, though you can get a sense of what accessories they'll most likely release for the upcoming Wrangler JL.

What I want more than anything are those headlights, primarily for the ring outlining the assembly, unless of course that's what Jeep has planned. Haven't seen it on the test mule so Extreme Terrain might be onto something here.
So those renderings we see are based off of spy shots, speculations and information they got from third party sources, not from Jeep themselves. Makes sense as Jeep themselves have not debuted the new JL yet and the overall design of the prizes may change.
The production model will look different from their rendering, but the universal modifications should still fit. Though things like the Deegan 38 mid-width front bumper w/ integrated LED lights may need to be adjusted.
Sometimes car makers will give aftermarket companies early information to start working on parts. Of course that comes with a contract outlining what they cant say. That might be the case with these guys and some others out there. Wrangler aftermarket is big.
The Wrangler aftermarket is huge, but the body looks to have remained relatively unchanged aside from the front facia so most body mods should still fit. The front grille slats are curved to accommodate the traditional round headlights, so we could see some aftermarket part changes there.

Tough to say because although we see how the body is designed we still don't know about how everything else is setup. For example, even something simple as rocker guards or nerf steps might have different mounting points this time around... and we all know how simple those seem to be.
I feel the same way. The slightest difference in panels and mounting points and nothing that essentially exists right now is going to work for it and they'll have to make new parts and molds. Not really something that can be assumed as they'll have to see it in person to have it all designed out for CAD and all of that good stuff.
But if the mounting points and other factors are going to affect how aftermarket parts fit, can we assume that ExtremeTerrain will modify the listed parts to make them fit? That'll give us a starting list of what will be offered by at least one company for the new Wrangler JL.
They will follow through but what I mentioned before was just to stress the fact we won't see parts pour in from the JK, as nice as that is to happen, we're just setting expectations too high. Unless there's some way to make it a universal fit, but I rather wait for the official product.
I'm expecting some transferable parts, but most will need to be adjusted to fit the Wrangler's new dimensions and curves. Maybe ExtremeTerrain has the mounting points and Wrangler dimensions to start producing simple things like nerf steps before getting the final product for fitting.
