Wrangler delayed?

I've just been reading a lot about FCA vehicles being delayed. Anyone know if that is going to affect Jeep and the Wrangler as well?

The delays shouldn't affect the Wrangler or Jeep in General unless there's a development issue. The other delays was probably caused by financial issues but Jeep is propping up FCA so I don't think they'll stunt it's growth. I mean, the Jeep Renegade sold very well so far so why not keep this momentum and come out with something new.

yea but the jeep renegade is a FIAT project, not a jeep project. the GC has been pushed back 2 years now...
Hmm, didn't think about that but isn't the GC supposed to get a refresh before a redesign? They're going to push it back but not leave it untouched until then.
That should be likely as long as it plays into their sales volume, if they need something to push sales then that refresh over the regular year to year improvements is justified.
What do you guys think will appear on the GC refresh?

The vehicle seems to be doing well to me, so i don't anticipate anything major.

Slight edits to front fascia because right now its a little boring.

Perhaps a bit of chrome connecting the tail lights and sitting atop the indentation for the license plate.

The iconic grille design will stay but maybe we'll see larger headlights or fog lights.
Always like what they did to the tail lights which give it a premium upscale look, almost like what you'd expect to see from German car makers.
