The next-generation Jeep Wrangler has been spotted testing at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan. Not really a challenge for the Wrangler when we know it can handle more, but maybe they're testing tire traction on sand?

This was probably also for suspension and body control testing since they clearly went right in the dips without the slightest bit of hesitation. There's far more to get from this with suspension testing than there is for tires from my view.

You're right about that, and man is that suspension soft. Looks shifty to me, but I can see why Jeep would go with such a soft suspension setup for off road riding, because it offer more mechanical grip and keeps your tires on the ground.

in almost any test like this they are pushing the vehicle to its extreme so with that comes certain things of concern like that, don't pay much attention to it because well.... are YOU going to be doing anything close to that? probably not ;)
